When you arrive at the site, the wow effect is guaranteed! Simply magnificent. Then the owners welcome you with sympathy and kindness. The visit begins, and you go from surprise to surprise, everything is there and you say to yourself that paradise really exists.

From our arrival for our daughter’s wedding, our stay with walks, swimming pool, etc… What happiness!  

The organisation of the wedding was also perfect, the vin d’honneur facing the Cevennes, the brunch at the pool, the meal under the lanterns, everything was gathered for the most romantic of weddings. Moreover, don’t worry, there are rooms and houses to accommodate all the guests. It is with a heavy heart that we must leave, but with one certainty; Caroline, Andrew, you will see us again!

La Deveze, is the most wonderful place, with hospitality, location, food, and accommodation, I don’t know where to begin! Caroline and Andrew have created a fabulous place to be no matter what the occasion, I have just come back from a yoga retreat held there and would go back for a party, or retreat, in a heartbeat.

We had the most wonderful holiday at La Deveze! We stayed in Maison Du Domaine and the standard of accommodation was first class. The pool area is beautiful, the honesty bar is a great touch and the viewing deck is breathtaking. Caroline and Andrew were such excellent hosts and gave us lots of tips (some on their website too) for places to go. We popped out every day – the local area is stunning with so much to do. I was pretty confident from the website and Instagram account that we’d love La Deveze, but it totally surpassed our expectations. The property has been renovated with such thought and care and there is something very special about the place that you can only experience by being there. We truly loved it.

Have you ever entered a place and simply felt at home, felt good energy, and sensed you are loved? I certainly did in the sweetest and most natural way here. First, it was entering the property. Then meeting my hosts. Then settling in my things in my lovely room. Even the scent of the air was so fresh and clean inside as well as outside.

Most beautiful decor that was so elegant and I could see it was full of small personal touches. The kitchen is beautiful with every single thing you needed in abundance- including a nice, delicious, homemade elderflower honey cordial sweetener for my teas! (The family here harvests their own honey- amongst other things like their own organic food like the chickens who lay their eggs and bees for the honey. Everything is natural. It is truly a paradise for me who appreciates a very wholesome, full-of-love, safe, peaceful, and healthy place. The food here is beyond Amazing. I loved Everything they prepared and I love how each meal was cooked homemade and definitely with a lot of Passion and Love. So delicious and so healthy.

So I must say, staying here did change my life in such positive ways. Healthy and Nurturing. Full of Happy people and a family who love great food, love people, and love what they do. So so so inspiring and energizing.
I will always be so so grateful to have had the experiences here and feel so so lucky I did. I thank my sister, my hosts & my yoga organizers who made all of this possible for me. ❤️
